Mangal Lakshmi Upcoming twist : The episode starts with a crowd attacking Gayatri. Lakshmi tries to protect her by shielding her. Karthik sees the huge crowd ahead, covers his face to avoid being recognized, and notices the mob attacking Lakshmi and Gayatri. He immediately steps in, pays the shopkeeper, and rescues both of them. On the way, Karthik asks Lakshmi why Gayatri isn’t responding. Lakshmi says she might be in shock.
Karthik brings Gayatri home. Umesh confronts her, asking why she even thought of committing suicide and says they can’t live without her. Gayatri remains silent and walks inside. Nidhi asks why their mom isn’t responding. Karthik says she’s likely still in shock. Lakshmi says they must take care of Gayatri right now. Sanjana questions if they are expected to forget what Gayatri did to Karthik. Lakshmi insists that Gayatri needs their support now. Karthik agrees, saying this is the time to stand with their mother, not to fight with her. He adds that he doesn’t want her to think of suicide again. Lakshmi says she will call the doctor.
Later, Karthik vents his frustration by punching a bag. His hand starts bleeding. Lakshmi tries to stop him, but he doesn’t listen and accidentally punches her on the head. Realizing what happened, Karthik says, “I’m terrible. I’m hurting everyone.” Lakshmi says she’s fine and tends to his wounds, asking him not to harm himself. Karthik says he deserves punishment for hurting his mother. Lakshmi assures him that Gayatri will be fine and says she needs his help for her recovery. Karthik agrees, and they share a tender moment.
Gayatri, lost in thought, remembers the crowd attacking her and Karthik’s harsh words. Lakshmi visits her and shows the saree and jewelry Karthik bought for her on Mother’s Day. Gayatri ignores her. Lakshmi tries to convince her that Karthik regrets what he said and asks her to make a fresh start. She encourages her to wear the gifted saree. Gayatri angrily refuses and throws the gifts. Lakshmi places them on the bed and goes looking for her.
Karthik asks where his mother is. Lakshmi says she tried to cheer her up with his gifts, but Gayatri got upset and left. Karthik blames Lakshmi for pushing her too far and leaves to search for Gayatri.
While driving, Gayatri is overwhelmed by memories of Karthik’s hurtful words. Karthik calls her, but she accidentally hits someone with her car. A crowd gathers and demands she step out. Back at home, Umesh tells everyone Gayatri is still missing. Karthik blames Lakshmi for triggering Gayatri again, and Nidhi agrees. Umesh defends Lakshmi. Just then, Karthik receives a phone call and is shocked. Lakshmi asks who it was. Karthik says, “Mom hit someone with her car.”
